About the role
Our farmers are family. As Farmer Relations Coordinator you'll build and support our smallholder network through grower training, fair pricing and a reliable supply of quality milk and fruit.
You'll be the friendly link between the farm and the factory.
What you'll do
- Build and support our smallholder farmer network
- Run training on quality, hygiene and good practice
- Make sure farmers are paid fairly and on time
- Secure a reliable supply of quality milk and fruit
- Be our link between the farm and the factory
What you'll bring
- Background in agriculture, agribusiness or rural development
- Experience working directly with farmers or cooperatives
- Willing to travel across northern & eastern Rwanda
- Strong Kinyarwanda and great relationship skills
- A motorbike licence is a plus
