About the role
Quality is our promise. As Quality Assurance Officer you'll run the checks that keep every cup and jar consistent, safe and delicious from incoming milk and fruit to the finished product.
You'll be the guardian of the Ishyo standard.
What you'll do
- Run daily quality and food-safety checks across production
- Support HACCP documentation and compliance
- Test incoming milk, fruit and finished product
- Investigate issues and drive continuous improvement
- Help train the team on quality and hygiene
What you'll bring
- Degree or diploma in food science, biotech, chemistry or related
- Knowledge of food-safety systems (HACCP / ISO a plus)
- Sharp eye for detail and good record-keeping
- 1+ year in a QA or lab role preferred
- Honest, rigorous and calm under pressure
